The Dower Barn

Set within the Conservation Area, and beautifully situated at the south east corner of Gold Hill Common, sheltered by the belt of trees at the front. 

This house has undergone extensive improvement combining contemporary design with the properties' historic background.

The Dower Barn has undergone a complete and sympathetic renovation. It has been brought up to modern standards with regards to energy efficiency and design.  The aim was to modernise it in way that a modern family are able to live in it comfortably and enjoyably.
